While all custom designed jewelry, including wedding bands, is a final sale due to the personalized nature of each piece, rest assured that we work closely with you throughout the design process. Our team is committed to making sure you're confident and excited about your choice before we begin crafting your ring. If you have any questions or need guidance, we're always here to provide support and make sure you feel completely comfortable with your purchase. 

Tip 1: Clean your jewelry every few months with our Jewelry Polishing Cloth. It is safe for all metals and gems and is perfect for quick touch-ups on the go!

Tip 2: Remove all jewelry when washing your hands, putting on perfume, applying skincare, or using household detergents. These products may cause the metal to tarnish.

Tip 3: Avoid placing jewelry near sources of high heat, such as tanning beds, saunas, or hot tubs.

Tip 4: Avoid wearing jewelry when exercising or at the beach or pool. These environments can cause irreparable dents and scratches, and may loosen diamonds.
