QUALITY GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, we will take full responsibility.
- Reporting: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a free repair or replacement immediately. We are committed to making it right.
7-DAY RETURN POLICY (With Restocking Fee)
We want you to feel complete confidence in your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
- Restocking Fee: Because each ring is handcrafted specifically for your order, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the intricate labor, metal casting, and bespoke handling involved in creating your unique piece.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags, diamond certificates (IGI), and packaging intact.
1-YEAR TRADE-UP PROGRAM
We understand that styles evolve. We are pleased to offer an exclusive Trade-Up Service valid for one year (12 months) from your purchase date.
- How it Works: You may trade in your original piece and receive a credit of the full purchase price toward a new item.
- Eligibility: The original item must be returned in pristine condition with all packaging.
- Value Requirement: The new item must be priced at least double (2x) the price of the original item.
- Process: You simply pay the difference between the trade-in credit and the new item's price.
CANCELLATIONS
- Within 48 Hours: Cancellation requests submitted within 48 hours of order placement are eligible for a full refund.
- After 48 Hours: Our design team begins production immediately. Cancellations made after 48 hours are not accepted, and deposits become non-refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are Final Sale unless there is a verified quality issue:
- Personalized Pieces: Items with custom engravings (names, dates, etc.).
- Fully Bespoke Orders: Unique designs created from scratch that are not part of our standard collection.
- International Orders: All orders shipped outside of the domestic territory.
- Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale".
