Submit the video URL, order number and order email below. We check objective requirements—not whether your opinion is positive.

The tier is based on the amount paid for products after discounts, excluding shipping, duties and taxes. Amounts are in USD.
Approved rewards are issued as a partial refund to the original payment method where supported. If that isn't possible, we will contact you before arranging an alternative. This is not store credit.

To qualify
- Be 18 or older and have a verified Highline Diamond order that has not been fully refunded.
- Post an original, publicly viewable video that clearly features a piece from that order. Private posts and disappearing Stories do not qualify.
- One reward per order. Posting on both platforms does not earn two rewards.
- Keep the video public until review and payment are complete.
Review and payment
- We check your order, link, product visibility, originality and the #HighlineDiamond tag. Views, likes and positive opinions are not required.
- We email the outcome. Approved refunds are typically initiated within 10 business days; arrival depends on your payment provider.
- Submitting a link does not grant us ad usage rights. We ask separately before using your video in ads.
