1. Initial Consultation
It starts with your story. We connect virtually to understand your inspiration, budget, and dream design. Let's brainstorm together.
2. Diamond Selection
We hunt for the perfect conflict-free diamonds or gemstones just for you. We'll present the best options remotely for you to choose your favorite.
3.CAD DESIGN
Our team of talented designers create a computer sketch design for your final approval before production. This allows a better understanding of the look, feel, and scale of your piece.
4. Production
Once you have approved on the design, you will get step by step updates of the progress of the design and production. Production of your ring may take 4 to 6 weeks. Custom designs are 100% bespoke and handmade by our incredible craftsman.
Please note: Fully bespoke commissions — one-of-a-kind designs created from scratch outside our standard collection — are not eligible for return or exchange after delivery. This does not affect our responsibility for a piece received damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as approved.
5. Delivery
The moment you've waited for. Your finished piece is shipped securely and discreetly by tracked DHL or FedEx service, with duties and taxes paid, ready for the big reveal.
