Prepaid Import Duties & Taxes
Highline Diamond prepays all applicable import duties and taxes. Any applicable sales tax will be shown in your final order total at checkout; no import duties are due upon delivery.
Dispatch Time
This is a finished piece already held in our studio. Once any resizing is complete, your order is dispatched within 1–2 business days. Total time to your door is typically 6–9 business days.
Standard Made-to-Order and Ready to Ship pieces may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a Return Processing Fee equal to 10% of the amount actually paid for the returned merchandise, capped at US$300 per return. The 10% fee does not apply to exchanges.
Customers are responsible for shipping items to Highline Diamond. For exchanges, we cover shipping of the replacement item back to you, with applicable duties and taxes prepaid. Complimentary delivery does not include shipping items back to Highline Diamond.
For an exchange to a higher-priced item, the balance must be paid before shipment. If the replacement item is lower in price, the difference will be issued as store credit.
Engraved items remain eligible with a US$40 engraving removal and refinishing fee per item. Fully bespoke pieces and items significantly damaged after delivery are not eligible; minor surface scratches alone do not make an item ineligible.
Any IGI grading report supplied with the item must be returned, or a US$100 replacement fee will apply per missing report.

Crafted in solid 18K White Gold. This is the finished piece as pictured; the same design can be made to order in other metals. Every piece is hand-set by our master setters and finished through a multi-stage polish. Before anything leaves our atelier, it passes inspection under 30x magnification — prong security, stone alignment, surface finish.
Video walkthrough: once your piece is complete, we send you a detailed video of your actual ring so you can verify every detail before it ships.
Certificate match: the laser inscription on your diamond is matched to its IGI certificate before tracked DHL/FedEx dispatch.

Every Highline Diamond piece includes a GIL certificate. Pieces featuring a diamond of 1.00 carat or above also include an official IGI grading report for the certified diamond.
Before dispatch, your finished piece undergoes a final quality inspection and is recorded for verification. It is then shipped by tracked DHL or FedEx with signature confirmation.

Ready to ship, explained.
What does ‘ready to ship’ mean?
It is a finished piece, already crafted and sitting in our studio. Nothing needs to be made. If you need a different fit, we can resize it one size up or down — not beyond that — then send it out. A made-to-order piece, by contrast, is built for you from scratch — you choose the metal, the size and the stone, and it takes 15 working days.
Are ready-to-ship pieces still handmade?
Yes. Every piece here was hand-set and hand-finished by the same makers, to the same standard, and inspected under 30x magnification before it was set aside. The only difference is that it was made ahead of time rather than after your order.
Can I resize it?
Most designs, yes — one resize, up to one full size either way. A piece made in a US 7 can go down to a US 6 or up to a US 8. A few designs cannot be resized: full eternity bands, where diamonds run the whole way around, and hand-brushed pieces, where resizing would break the finish. The size selector above shows which applies to this piece.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 6 to 9 business days to your door. We size and dispatch within 1 to 2 business days, then tracked DHL/FedEx delivery takes 5 to 7 business days. Import duties and taxes are prepaid, and an adult signature is required on delivery.
Is it covered by the same warranty?
Yes. Ready-to-ship pieces carry the same lifetime warranty, complimentary cleaning and inspection, and the same 30-day returns and exchanges as everything else we make.
What if I want a different metal or size?
Then order the same design made to order. Every piece here links through to its made-to-order version, where you can choose 9K, 14K or 18K gold or platinum, any size from US 4 to 9, and add complimentary engraving. It takes 15 working days instead of 2.
