Yes. We offer complimentary delivery with no minimum spend to destinations available at checkout. Applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid; any applicable sales tax is shown in your final checkout total.

Standard collection orders, including selected metal, size and diamond options, are eligible within 30 days of delivery. Refunds carry a 10% processing fee, capped at US$300; return shipping is customer-paid. Engraved items carry an additional US$40 removal and refinishing fee.

Eligible rings include one complimentary resize within 12 months. Contact us first so we can assess the design and required size change, and arrange the next steps. You cover shipping to our studio; we cover return delivery.
