Since every HIGHLINE DIAMOND piece is handcrafted specifically for you, please allow 25-30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for production after your order is confirmed. Once your jewelry is ready, you will receive a tracking number immediately.

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is received damaged or incorrect.
Restocking Fee
Because each ring is handcrafted specifically for your order,a flat $500 restocking feewill be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the intricate labor, metal casting, and bespoke handling involved in creating your unique piece.
